All repairs carry a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. Warranty covers completed repair only - not the entire probe itself. Warranty claim rate of less than 1%, repairs are usually completed in 1 to 2 days. Shipping is additional unless other arrangements are made.

The following is a detailed break down of evaluation and repair descriptions most often performed.

Evaluation consists of the following:
  • External inspection
  • Operational test

Note: Level 1 is the minimum charge on all probes returned in working condition. This is a cost recovery charge established due to the high volume of no-fault probes processed.
